California High School Football - Buchanan defeats Liberty

September 11, 2025: Clovis, CA 93611

In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Buchanan Bears football team scored a nice 31-13 win over the Liberty Patriots.

With the win, Buchanan advances its record to 4-0 on the season. The Bears host Paso Robles (Paso Robles, CA) to play the Bearcats in a non-league battle on Friday, September 26. The Bearcats go into the battle with a record of 1-3.

The Patriots now own a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Central East for a non-league match on Friday, September 19. Liberty will confront a Bengals squad coming off a 55-17 non-league win over Edison (Stockton, CA). The Bengals record now stands at 3-1.
