In Thursday's league match, the host Desert Christian Knights football squad scored a decisive 53-0 triumph over the Milken Wildcats.

The Knights (2-1) will now prepare for their match against West Shores (Salton City, CA). The Wildcats come into the non-league match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, West Shores walloped Noli Indian (San Jacinto, CA), 52-6, in a non-league battle.

The Wildcats now have a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Lancaster Baptist for a Heritage (8 Man) test on Thursday, September 18. Milken will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 78-6 non-league loss to Cornerstone Christian (Wildomar, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
