The Justin Garza Guardians football team (Fresno, CA), was tipped 29-25 in Thursday's non-league bout with the visiting Washington Union Panthers (Fresno, CA)

With the win, Washington Union advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Panthers host Dinuba (Dinuba, CA) to battle the Emperors in a non-league contest on Friday, September 19. The Emperors enter the contest with a record of 2-2. Dinuba won 45-10 in their recent non-league contest against Selma (Selma, CA)

Next up, the Guardians encounter the Lompoc Braves (Lompoc, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 19. Justin Garza will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Braves go into the bout with a 4-0 record after their 49-48 non-league win over Cabrillo (Lompoc, CA).
