September 11, 2025: Clarksburg, MD 21216 Sherwood Warriors (Sandy Spring, MD) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Clarksburg Coyotes (Clarksburg, MD), 4-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Sherwood moves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Springbrook (Silver Spring, MD) to clash with the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. The Blue Devils come into the test with a record of 0-1. Springbrook lost 9-1 in their recent non-league test against Poolesville (Poolesville, MD)
The Coyotes now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northwest for a Class 4A West I test on Monday, September 22.
