North Carolina High School Football - Mountain Island Charter falls to North Rowan
September 11, 2025: Spencer, NC 28159 The North Rowan Cavaliers felled the visiting Mountain Island Charter Raptors football team by a score of 14-6 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Cavaliers face the South Stanly Rowdy Rebel Bulls (Norwood, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 2. North Rowan will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record.
The Raptors (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against North Stanly (New London, NC). The Comets go into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, North Stanly toppled South Rowan (China Grove, NC), 27-16, in a non-league challenge.
