September 11, 2025: Glen Burnie, MD 21060 The Broadneck Bruins soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Glen Burnie Gophers to 1 in the Bruins non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bruins now hold a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Meade for a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 16. Broadneck will face a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to South River (Edgewater, MD). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-2.
The Gophers (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Old Mill (Millersville, MD). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Old Mill held off North County (Glen Burnie, MD), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
