Pennsylvania High School Soccer - South Fayette knocks off Albert Gallatin
September 11, 2025: Uniontown, PA 15401 The South Fayette Lions soccer squad scored 5 points and held the host Albert Gallatin Colonials to 1 in the Lions league victory on Thursday.
The Lions now hold a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Ringgold for a WPIAL AAA 2 bout on Tuesday, September 16. South Fayette will play a Rams squad coming off a 5-0 league loss to Thomas Jefferson (Jefferson Hills, PA). The Rams record now stands at 2-3.
With the loss, Albert Gallatin moves to 1-5 on the year. The Colonials travel to McKeesport (McKeesport, PA) to play the Tigers in a WPIAL AAA 2 bout on Tuesday, September 16. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 0-6. McKeesport lost 13-2 in their recent league game against Laurel Highlands (Uniontown, PA)
