Massachusetts High School Soccer - Georgetown toppled by Lynnfield
September 11, 2025: Georgetown, MA 01833 Lynnfield Pioneers (Lynnfield, MA) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Georgetown Royals (Georgetown, MA), 5-1 in a league test.
With the triumph, Lynnfield advances its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Hamilton-Wenham Regional (South Hamilton, MA) to clash with the Generals in a Cape Ann test on Tuesday, September 16. The Generals come into the test with a record of 4-0. Hamilton-Wenham Regional won 3-2 in their recent league outing against Newburyport (Newburyport, MA)
Next up, the Royals play the Pioneer Charter School of Science Panthers (Everett, MA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, September 12. Georgetown will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Panthers go into the outing with a 3-2 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Danvers (Danvers, MA).
