New York High School Soccer - Rondout Valley knocks off Red Hook
September 11, 2025: Red Hook, NY 12571 Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Rondout Valley Ganders (Accord, NY) and the host Red Hook Raiders (Red Hook, NY), saw Rondout Valley's soccer squad triumph over Red Hook by a score of 7-0.
The Ganders (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against New Paltz (New Paltz, NY). The Huguenots enter the Mid Hudson Athletic League - Division 2 battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, New Paltz tipped Marlboro Central (Marlboro, NY), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Raiders confront the Roosevelt Presidents (Hyde Park, NY) in a non-league test, on Monday, September 15. Red Hook will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Presidents enter the outing with a 1-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Saugerties (Saugerties, NY).
