The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Ponca Indians (Ponca, NE) and the visiting Duchesne/Roncalli (Omaha, NE), observed Ponca's softball team get by Duchesne/Roncalli by a tally of 7-6.

The Indians (5-9) will now prepare for their bout against South Sioux City (South Sioux City, NE). The Cardinals go into the non-league bout with a 3-14 record. In their last bout, South Sioux City was edged by Falls City (Falls City, NE), 11-8, in a non-league contest.
