September 11, 2025: Bailey, CO 80421 Spectators at Thursday's league contest between the Fort Lupton Bluedevils (Fort Lupton, CO) and the host Platte Canyon Huskies (Bailey, CO), saw Fort Lupton's softball squad nip Platte Canyon by a score of 3-0.
With the triumph, Fort Lupton improves its record to 3-8 on the year. The Bluedevils travel to University (Greeley, CO) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Friday, September 12. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a record of 11-2. University won 16-1 in their recent league contest against Valley (Gilcrest, CO)
The Huskies now hold a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Arvada for a 4A/3A Frontier bout on Friday, September 12. Platte Canyon will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 24-3 league win over Bennett (Bennett, CO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-1.
