The Mountain Empire Redhawks (Pine Valley, CA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Borrego Springs Rams (Borrego Springs, CA), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Redhawks now possess a 11-6 record. They play next when they travel to Campbell Hall for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 13. Mountain Empire will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to El Toro (Lake Forest, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 13-6.
