The Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Holy Name Green Wave to 0 in the Lions league triumph on Thursday.

The Lions now possess a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Catholic for a North Coast Conference game on Tuesday, September 16. Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin will confront a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH). The Cougars record now stands at 5-8.
