In Thursday's league match, the Omaha Northwest Huskies (Omaha, NE) volleyball team knocked off the host Omaha South Packers (Omaha, NE), by a margin of 3-0.

The Huskies now possess a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Columbus for a non-league bout on Friday, September 12. Omaha Northwest will clash with a Discoverers team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Grand Island (Grand Island, NE). The Discoverers record now stands at 2-5.
