The Omaha North Vikings volleyball squad (Omaha, NE), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Omaha South Packers (Omaha, NE)

The Packers (3-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Marian (Omaha, NE). The Crusaders enter the A District challenge with a 8-2 record. In their last challenge, Marian got by Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE), 3-2, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Vikings face the Millard South Patriots (Omaha, NE) in a A District test, on Tuesday, September 16. Omaha North will attempt to improve on its 4-13 season record. The Patriots go into the test with a 12-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Gretna (Gretna, NE).
