September 11, 2025: Riverview, MI 48192 Richard Pioneers (Riverview, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting University Liggett Knights (Grosse Pointe Woods, MI), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Pioneers (9-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Austin Catholic (Chesterfield, MI). The Crusaders come into the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Austin Catholic beat Our Lady of the Lakes (Waterford, MI), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Knights meet the Everest Collegiate (Clarkston, MI) in a Catholic - Intersectional challenge, on Thursday, September 18. University Liggett will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record.
