Richard Pioneers (Riverview, MI) boosters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the host Our Lady of the Lakes Lakers (Waterford, MI), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Pioneers (18-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincoln Park (Lincoln Park, MI). The Railsplitters enter the non-league challenge with a 8-17 record. In their last challenge, Lincoln Park was beaten by Riverview (Riverview, MI), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lakers meet the Everest Collegiate (Clarkston, MI) in a Catholic - Intersectional challenge, on Wednesday, November 5. Our Lady of the Lakes will attempt to upgrade on its 6-16 season record. The enter the challenge with a 14-12 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Cranbrook Kingswood (Bloomfield Hills, MI).
