New York High School Volleyball - Penn Yan Academy crushed by Bloomfield
September 12, 2022: Bloomfield, NY 14469 The Bloomfield Bombers prevailed the visiting Penn Yan Academy Mustangs volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Monday's non-league test.
The Bombers now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mynderse Academy for a Section 5 Finger Lakes - West test on Thursday, September 15. Bloomfield will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Bishop Kearney (Rochester, NY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-3.
The Mustangs (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Hammondsport (Hammondsport, NY). The Lakers enter the non-league test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, Hammondsport dropped by Arkport Central (Arkport, NY), 3-0, in a league test.
