Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Ambridge trounced by Moon Area
September 12, 2023: Moon Township, PA 15108 In Tuesday's league battle, the host Moon Area Tigers soccer squad scored a close 6-0 win over the Ambridge Bridgers.
The Tigers (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Montour (McKees Rocks, PA). The Spartans go into the WPIAL AAA 2 battle with a 5-0 record. In their last battle, Montour nipped South Fayette (McDonald, PA), 1-0, in a league battle.
The Bridgers (2-7) will now prepare for their battle against Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA). The Colts go into the WPIAL AAA 2 battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Chartiers Valley was overwhelmed by Central Valley (Monaca, PA), 3-0, in a league battle.
