The Academy for Academic Excellence Knights volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Riverside Prep Silver Knights to 0 in the Knights league victory on Tuesday.

The Knights now possess a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Excelsior Charter for a Cross Valley game on Thursday, September 14. Academy for Academic Excellence will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 league win over University Prep (Victorville, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 10-2.

The Silver Knights (1-8) will now prepare for their game against Big Bear (Big Bear City, CA). The Bears enter the Cross Valley game with a 10-8 record. In their last game, Big Bear defeated Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy (Victorville, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
