September 12, 2023: Grenada, MS 38901 Saltillo Tigers (Saltillo, MS) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Grenada Chargers (Grenada, MS), 3-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Tigers battle the Nettleton Tigers (Nettleton, MS) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 16. Saltillo will attempt to advance on its 11-4 season record. The Tigers come into the match with a 5-7 record after their 3-2 non-league win over East Webster (Maben, MS).
With the loss, Grenada drops to 8-4 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to South Panola (Batesville, MS) to battle the Tigers in a Class 6 Region 1 match on Thursday, September 14.
