September 12, 2023: Ness City, KS 67560 The Ness City Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Otis-Bison Cougars to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles now possess a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Holcomb for a non-league game on Saturday, September 16. Ness City will meet a Longhorns team coming off a 0-0 non-league Hugoton (Hugoton, KS). The Longhorns record now stands at 1-2.
The Cougars (4-6) will now prepare for their game against LaCrosse (LaCrosse, KS). The Leopards enter the non-league game with a 8-6 record. In their last game, LaCrosse defeated Western Plains (Ransom, KS), 2-0, in a non-league game.
