Alabama High School Volleyball - Piedmont Weaver
September 12, 2023: Piedmont, AL 36272 The Weaver Bearcats topped the host Piedmont Bulldogs volleyball team by a score of 25-23 in Tuesday's league test.
The Bearcats now have a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ohatchee for a 3A Area 10 test on Thursday, September 14. Weaver will confront a Indians team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Munford (Munford, AL). The Indians record now stands at 10-5.
The Bulldogs (0-8) will now prepare for their test against Wellborn (Anniston, AL). The Panthers enter the non-league test with a 8-1 record. In their last test, Wellborn gained a win over Randolph County (Wedowee, AL), 3-0, in a league test.
