North Mecklenburg Vikings (Huntersville, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Hopewell Titans (Huntersville, NC), 3-1 in a league test.

With the win, North Mecklenburg improves its record to 8-7 on the season. The Vikings host West Charlotte (Charlotte, NC) to face the Lions in a Queen City 3A/4A test on Tuesday, September 17. The Lions go into the test with a record of 3-5. West Charlotte lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Chambers (Charlotte, NC)
