In Thursday's league challenge, the host St. Francis Indians volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Rawlins County Buffaloes.

The Indians (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Quinter (Quinter, KS). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Quinter was nudged by Wheatland-Grinnell (Grainfield, KS), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
