Oklahoma High School Football - Perkins-Tryon loses to Cushing

September 12, 2025: Cushing, OK 74023

Cushing Tigers (Cushing, OK) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Perkins-Tryon Demons (Perkins, OK), 38-12 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Cushing advances its record to 2-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Skiatook (Skiatook, OK) to encounter the Bulldogs in a 4A District 3 battle on Friday, September 26. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 2-0.

The Demons now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Webster for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 18. Perkins-Tryon will encounter a Warriors team coming off a 50-0 non-league loss to McLain Science & Tech (Tulsa, OK). The Warriors record now stands at 0-2.
