Minnesota High School Football - Zimmerman tops Delano
September 12, 2025: Zimmerman, MN 55398 The Zimmerman Thunder football squad scored 14 points and limited the visiting Delano Tigers to 2 in the Thunder non-league triumph on Friday.
In their next game, the Thunder face the Fergus Falls Otters (Fergus Falls, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 19. Zimmerman will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Otters enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 28-7 non-league win over Becker (Becker, MN).
The Tigers (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Big Lake (Big Lake, MN). The Hornets come into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Big Lake was defeated by Orono (Long Lake, MN), 48-6, in a non-league test.
