The Northville Mustangs (Northville, MI) football were winner over the host Howell Highlanders (Howell, MI), 17-7 in Friday's league outing.

The Mustangs now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Salem for a Kensington Lakes - West outing on Friday, September 19. Northville will clash with a Rocks squad coming off a 61-6 non-league win over Canton (Canton, MI). The Rocks record now stands at 2-1.

The Highlanders (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Plymouth (Canton, MI). The Wildcats enter the Kensington Lakes - West game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Plymouth fell by Hartland (Hartland, MI), 42-7, in a league game.
