The Morgan Raiders football team (McConnelsville, OH), was crushed 41-7 in Friday's league bout with the host Tri-Valley Scotties (Dresden, OH)

With the win, Tri-Valley advances its record to 3-1 on the season. The Scotties host New Lexington (New Lexington, OH) to encounter the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, September 19. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 4-0. New Lexington won 33-7 in their recent league bout against West Muskingum (Zanesville, OH)

The Raiders now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Crooksville for a non-league bout on Friday, September 19. Morgan will encounter a Ceramics team coming off a 39-33 league win over Meadowbrook (Byesville, OH). The Ceramics record now stands at 4-0.
