Ohio High School Football - Morgan falls to New Lexington
September 5, 2025: McConnelsville, OH 43756 The New Lexington Panthers felled the host Morgan Raiders football team by a score of 33-14 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Panthers play the West Muskingum Tornadoes (Zanesville, OH) in a Muskingum Valley - Small challenge, on Friday, September 12. New Lexington will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Tornadoes go into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 28-7 non-league loss to John Glenn (New Concord, OH).
The Raiders (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Tri-Valley (Dresden, OH). The Scotties come into the Muskingum Valley - Big test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Tri-Valley knocked off Clinton-Massie (Clarksville, OH), 35-0, in a non-league test.
