Illinois High School Soccer - Latin nudged by Chicago University
September 12, 2025: Chicago, IL 60637 The Chicago University Maroons held off the visiting Latin Romans soccer team by a tally of 2-1 in Friday's league challenge.
The Maroons now hold a 6-2 record. They play next when they host Lincoln-Way East for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 24.
With the loss, Latin moves to 3-5 on the year. The Romans host Lake Forest Academy (Lake Forest, IL) to encounter the Caxys in a Freelance contest on Wednesday, September 17. The Caxys enter the contest with a record of 5-3.
