North Carolina High School Volleyball - Monroe overwhelmed by Forest Hills

In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Forest Hills Yellow Jackets volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Monroe Redhawks.

The Yellow Jackets (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Parkwood (Monroe, NC). The Wolf Pack come into the Rocky River 2A/3A battle with a 3-9 record. In their last battle, Parkwood achieved victory over Central Academy (Monroe, NC), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Redhawks clash with the Anson Bearcats (Wadesboro, NC) in a Rocky River 2A/3A battle, on Thursday, September 15. Monroe will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Bearcats come into the contest with a 7-3 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Richmond (Rockingham, NC).
