McDonald Blue Devils (McDonald, OH) backers left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Lowellville Rockets (Lowellville, OH), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Blue Devils battle the Crestview Rebels (Columbiana, OH) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, September 14. McDonald will attempt to better on its 8-2 season record. The Rebels come into the match with a 7-0 record after their 3-0 league win over LaBrae (Leavittsburg, OH).

With the loss, Lowellville drops to 2-8 on the campaign. The Rockets host Springfield (New Middletown, OH) to battle the Tigers in a Mahoning Valley Athletic - Scarlet match on Thursday, September 15. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 3-6.
