September 13, 2023: Arlington, TN 38002 The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Lakeland Preparatory Lions (Lakeland, TN) and the host Bolton Wildcats (Arlington, TN), saw Lakeland Preparatory's volleyball squad beat Bolton by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Lakeland Preparatory upgrades its record to 7-1 on the year. The Lions travel to St. Benedict at Auburndale (Cordova, TN) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 14. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 8-13. The Wildcats now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they host Trezevant for a bout on Friday, September 15. Bolton will play a Bears squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Raleigh-Egypt (Memphis, TN). The Bears record now stands at 4-5.
