The Alief Taylor Lions felled the visiting Fort Bend Bush Broncos football team by a score of 37-29 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Lions face the Heights Bulldogs (Houston, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 20. Alief Taylor will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 42-7 non-league win over Cypress Park (Cypress, TX).

The Broncos (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Fort Bend Clements (Sugar Land, TX). The Rangers go into the 6A Region III District 21 challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Fort Bend Clements lost by Santa Fe (Santa Fe, TX), 63-0, in a non-league challenge.
