The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the St. John Paul II Catholic Lions (Avondale, AZ) and the host Greyhills Academy Knights (Tuba City, AZ), witnessed St. John Paul II Catholic's football squad wallop Greyhills Academy by a tally of 44-6.

The Lions (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against San Pasqual Valley (Winterhaven, CA). The Warriors enter the 2A Gila contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, San Pasqual Valley was trounced by Mountainside (Wittmann, AZ), 42-18, in a non-league contest.
