The South Tahoe Vikings got by the visiting Churchill County Greenwave football team by a score of 15-14 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Vikings face the Elko Indians (Elko, NV) in a challenge, on Friday, September 20. South Tahoe will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Indians go into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 30-12 non-league win over Fernley (Fernley, NV).

The Greenwave (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Sparks (Sparks, NV). The Railroaders go into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Sparks was edged by Lowry (Winnemucca, NV), 52-0, in a non-league challenge.
