California High School Volleyball - Glenn over Pioneer
September 13, 2024: Whittier, CA 90606 Fans at Friday's league contest between the Glenn Eagles (Norwalk, CA) and the host Pioneer Titans (Whittier, CA), observed Glenn's volleyball team top Pioneer by a count of 3-1.
The Eagles (10-3) will now prepare for their contest against Artesia (Lakewood, CA). The Pioneers enter the 605 contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Artesia was knocked off by Oxford Academy (Cypress, CA), 3-2, in a league contest.
Next, the Titans meet the Whitney Wildcats (Cerritos, CA) in a 605 contest, on Tuesday, September 17. Pioneer will attempt to move on its 3-11 season record. The Wildcats enter the contest with a 11-6 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estates, CA).
