The Madison Marlins (Houston, TX) football tipped the visiting Galena Park Yellowjackets (Galena Park, TX), 42-35 in Saturday's league game.

In their next game, the Marlins face the Westbury Huskies (Houston, TX) in a 5A-1 Region III District 10 game, on Friday, September 19. Madison will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Huskies enter the game with a 3-0 record after their 44-0 league win over Austin (Houston, TX).

The Yellowjackets (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Sterling (Houston, TX). The Raiders enter the 5A-1 Region III District 10 game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Sterling held off Sharpstown (Houston, TX), 38-12, in a league game.
