September 13, 2025: Midlothian, IL 60445 Shepard Astros (Palos Heights, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Bremen Braves (Midlothian, IL), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Shepard advances its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Astros host Oak Forest (Oak Forest, IL) to clash with the Bengals in a non-league test on Monday, September 22. The Bengals come into the test with a record of 0-2.
The Braves now have a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Oak Lawn for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 16. Bremen will play a Spartans squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Shepard (Palos Heights, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 0-1.
