Illinois High School Flag Football - Plainfield South tops Plainfield Central
September 13, 2025: Plainfield, IL 60544 The Plainfield South Cougars flag football squad scored 26 points and limited the host Plainfield Central Wildcats to 14 in the Cougars league triumph on Saturday.
The Cougars now sport a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Freeport for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Plainfield South will meet a Pretzels squad coming off a 58-0 league win over Belvidere (Belvidere, IL). The Pretzels record now stands at 7-2.
With the defeat, Plainfield Central drops to 3-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Freeport (Freeport, IL) to meet the Pretzels in a non-league test on Saturday, September 13.
