September 13, 2025: Fresh Meadows, NY 11365 The St. Joseph-by-the-Sea Vikings (Staten Island, NY) football tipped the host St. Francis Prep Terriers (Fresh Meadows, NY), 22-16 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Vikings now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Iona Prep for a non-league game on Saturday, September 20. St. Joseph-by-the-Sea will battle a Gaels team coming off a 20-0 non-league win over Cardinal Hayes (Bronx, NY). The Gaels record now stands at 2-0.
The Terriers (0-2) will now prepare for their bout against Chaminade (Mineola, NY). The Flyers go into the non-league bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, Chaminade was tipped by Monsignor Farrell (Staten Island, NY), 30-8, in a non-league bout.
