The Somerset Eagles tipped the host Penns Valley Area Rams volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Eagles confront the United Lions (Armagh, PA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 13. Somerset will attempt to advance on its 17-1 season record. The Lions enter the game with a 1-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Conemaugh Valley (Johnstown, PA).

The Rams (5-5) will now prepare for their outing against Clearfield (Clearfield, PA). The Bison come into the Laurel Highlands 1 outing with a 5-3 record. In their last outing, Clearfield nipped Curwensville (Curwensville, PA), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
