The Somerset Eagles volleyball squad (Somerset, PA), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Bald Eagle Area Eagles (Wingate, PA)

With the win, Bald Eagle Area improves its record to 15-2 on the season. The Eagles host Forest Hills (Sidman, PA) to encounter the Rangers in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 2. The Rangers go into the battle with a record of 20-3. Forest Hills won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Bellefonte (Bellefonte, PA)

The Eagles now own a 19-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tyrone for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 2. Somerset will encounter a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Bedford (Bedford, PA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 5-6.
