September 14, 2022: Brockport, NY 14420 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Canandaigua Academy Braves (Canandaigua, NY) and the host Brockport Blue Devils (Brockport, NY), saw Canandaigua Academy's volleyball squad beat Brockport by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Canandaigua Academy upgrades its record to 5-0 on the year. The Braves travel to Irondequoit (Rochester, NY) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 17. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 9-2. Irondequoit won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Brockport (Brockport, NY)
The Blue Devils now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Irondequoit for a Section 5 Monroe County III bout on Thursday, September 15. Brockport will play a Eagles squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Greece Athena (Rochester, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 8-2.
