Louisiana High School Volleyball - Riverside Academy can't hold off Covenant Christian Academy
September 14, 2023: Reserve, LA 70084 In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Covenant Christian Academy Lions volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Riverside Academy Rebels.
The Lions (11-2) will now prepare for their battle against Christ Episcopal School (Covington, LA). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Christ Episcopal School nudged Franklinton (Franklinton, LA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Rebels clash with the Catholic of Pointe Coupee Hornets (New Roads, LA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 16. Riverside Academy will attempt to advance on its 3-7 season record. The Hornets come into the battle with a 6-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Mentorship Academy (Baton Rouge, LA).
