Louisiana High School Volleyball - Catholic of Pointe Coupee nudged by Riverside Academy
September 16, 2023: Reserve, LA 70084 The Riverside Academy Rebels volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Catholic of Pointe Coupee Hornets to 1 in the Rebels non-league victory on Saturday.
The Rebels now have a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brusly for a non-league game on Saturday, September 16. Riverside Academy will meet a Panthers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Woodlawn-B.R. (Baton Rouge, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-5.
The Hornets (6-5) will now prepare for their game against Scotlandville (Baton Rouge, LA). The Hornets enter the non-league game with a 5-0 record. In their last game, Scotlandville nipped Ascension Christian (Gonzales, LA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
