September 14, 2023: West Valley City, UT 84119 The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Taylorsville Warriors (Taylorsville, UT) and the host Granger Lancers (West Valley City, UT), saw Taylorsville's volleyball squad beat Granger by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Taylorsville upgrades its record to 1-6 on the year. The Warriors travel to West Jordan (West Jordan, UT) to play the Jaguars in a 5A Region 4 bout on Tuesday, September 19. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 7-1. West Jordan won 3-2 in their recent league bout against Hunter (West Valley City, UT)
The Lancers now own a 2-6 record. They play next when they host Kearns for a 5A Region 4 bout on Tuesday, September 19. Granger will play a Cougars squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Cyprus (Magna, UT). The Cougars record now stands at 2-5.
