September 14, 2023: Blountsville, AL 35031 Southeastern Mustangs (Remlap, AL) backers left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Pennington Tigers (Blountsville, AL), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Mustangs battle the Cold Springs Eagles (Bremen, AL) in a 2A Area 12 match, on Monday, September 18. Southeastern will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 8-12 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Falkville (Falkville, AL).
With the loss, Pennington drops to 0-12 on the campaign. The Tigers host Susan Moore (Blountsville, AL) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 19. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 4-3.
