September 14, 2024: Hudson, OH 44236 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Hudson Explorers (Hudson, OH) and the visiting Anthony Wayne Generals (Whitehouse, OH), saw Hudson's soccer squad hold off Anthony Wayne by a count of 1-0.
The Explorers (9-0) will now prepare for their battle against Brecksville-Broadview Heights (Broadview Heights, OH). The Bees enter the Suburban - National battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Brecksville-Broadview Heights was edged by Medina (Medina, OH), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Generals battle the Perrysburg Yellow Jackets (Perrysburg, OH) in a Northern Lakes- Large battle, on Tuesday, September 17. Anthony Wayne will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Yellow Jackets enter the battle with a 4-1 record after their 7-1 league win over Whitmer (Toledo, OH).
